Shipping Policy
- The Online Store has a minimum spend of $10.95.
- Invoices for Products supplied within Australia will include a flat rate charge of $12.00 for freight and delivery for packages where the Products value is less than $50.00. Where the Products value is greater than $50.00 no freight and delivery fee will be charged.
- Products ordered within Australia by 10pm will be dispatched the next business day, unless otherwise stated. In most cases goods shipped domestically within Australia will be received within 3-7 business days of shipping. Bulky items or deliveries to remote locations may take longer.
- Domestic orders are shipped via Sendle delivery system https://www.sendle.com/. And subject to the Terms and Conditions of the Sendle delivery system as may apply from time to time.
- All orders sent by the Online Store have a unique tracking number. Wellnex Life Limited will also notify You of updates to Your order via the email address You have listed with us.
- Wellnex Life Limited may deliver the goods to other overseas destinations, at its discretion, where prior arrangements have been made with Wellnex Life Limited. Overseas orders may be subject to customs Duties and Taxes, payable by You, the consignee. You will be required to pay all costs in relation to the delivery of the goods to Your overseas destination.

- All purchases made at retail stores must be returned to the retailer with whom you made the purchase, and you must follow their return policy

Returns Policy
- Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
- The rights and benefits to the customer given by this Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies of the customer under a law in relation to the goods or services to which the warranty relates.
- If any of the Products are faulty or not in accordance with your order, you should notify Wellnex Life Limited within 7 days of receipt. Rejected goods must be returned together with the invoice within 14 days to:

- Please post the items you wish to return via trackable post (eg Australia Post Parcel Post or Express Post). Wellnex Life Limited will not be responsible for lost parcels that have not been sent by trackable post. You will need to pay for any postage fees involved in posting the items you wish to return where You have changed your mind.
- Wellnex Life Limited will refund the postage costs for any Product deemed faulty, provided you have complied with this Returns Policy and notified and posted the items in accordance with this Returns Policy.
- Refunds may be held in credit against your account for future purchases if requested.
